Help someone make one of the largest purchases of their life.

Long after the paperwork is filed away, long after the EMI is forgotten, one memory usually remains: “I trusted that person.” This is how we earn that memory.

What we believe

Make it easy.Make it honest.Make it worth trusting.

And inside Qlocar, we make it easier for each other to deliver it.

Most people don't buy a car the way they buy a phone. They buy it the way they buy a house. Carefully. Nervously. Once every few years. And somewhere in that nervousness, they hand a stranger — you — a decision they may make only a handful of times in their life.

A transaction asks you to win a customer once. Ownership asks you to keep earning their trust. Every service call. Every claim. Every small moment in between.

Nobody will be standing next to you when the real moment comes. No manager on the call. No dashboard watching. Just you, a customer, and a choice.

That's not a burden Qlocar is putting on you. It's the trust Qlocar is putting in you.

The five core values

Trust Always is a Core Value we live. Customer trust is an outcome we earn.

Why choose us

Why join a company that hasn't finished building itself?

You have options. Here is the honest case for choosing this one — written for the person weighing an offer, not for a brochure.

  1. 01

You get real scope on day one

We're an asset-light platform coordinating dealers, lenders, insurers and workshops. There are more gaps than people. You won't wait two years for ownership of something that matters — you'll be handed it in your first month.

  2. 02

“Good” is written down, not guessed

Most startups make you decode what leadership wants. We publish it: a six-level culture and standards system, eight behaviour standards, and a five-question decision filter. You'll always know the bar you're being held to.

  3. 03

You're judged on what got resolved

Not hours logged, not activity. Leadership is explicitly expected to judge “done” by what the customer confirms, not what a system marks. That cuts both ways — and it's a far better deal for anyone who actually delivers.

  4. 04

Ambiguity is treated as a gift

Hit a situation no process covers? Escalate it, and the resolution becomes the SOP. We reward the person who improved a process, not just the one who followed it. Your fingerprints end up on how the company runs.

  5. 05

You can be honest about a mistake

Leadership is expected to model disclosing its own misses first, and to protect people who surface a problem instead of hiding it. We separate “what happened” from “who to blame.” You won't have to manage your errors in secret.

  6. 06

You'll never be asked to push a bad deal

We earn from partners, not from customers. Saying no to an unnecessary upsell is the expectation, not an act of courage. If you've left a job because the numbers came before the customer, that pressure doesn't exist here.

What we’ll be straight with you about

Qlocar is an early-stage company building an unfinished system, in public, on live customers. Some processes don't exist yet. Some tools are held together with judgement. You will occasionally be the first person to face a problem, with no playbook and a customer waiting. That is the trade. In exchange for the certainty a larger company offers, you get scope, speed, and a genuine hand in what gets built. We'd rather you know that before you sign than discover it in month three.

You’ll thrive here if

  • You'd rather propose the fix than escalate the complaint.
  • You're comfortable making a reasonable call and writing down why.
  • You'd defend a customer's interest in a room where it costs us money.
  • You want your work visible, measured and attributable.

You may not, if

  • You want a settled process handed to you on day one.
  • You'd rather a gap stay someone else's problem.
  • You measure a good day by hours put in, not outcomes closed.
  • You'd prefer a quiet mistake to an early disclosure.
How we work

Eight behaviours, lived every day.

The everyday decisions behind CARE — practised by every Qlocarian, whatever the team.

  1. 01

    Ownership Advisor, Not a Salesperson

A salesperson closes the deal in front of them. A Qlocarian closes the gap between what a customer wants and what they actually need.

  2. 02

Start With the Customer's Truth, Then Stay With It

Customers don't see our systems. They only feel the friction between them.

  3. 03

    Verifiable Over Asserted

“Trust me” was never the product. A record someone can check for themselves is.

  4. 04

Do the Right Thing, Especially When No One's Counting

Integrity isn't tested when people are watching. It's tested when nobody ever will.

  5. 05

    Customer > Qlocar > Team > You

The leaderboard resets every month. What your team believes about you doesn't.

  6. 06

Ownership Is Still Being Built — We Build It Together

You still own the decision in front of you. Document it, so it doesn't die with you.

  7. 07

    Make Everyone Around You Better

Your standard becomes the team's standard becomes the partner's standard. That's how culture travels — or how it quietly doesn't.

  8. 08

    Results, With Accountability

COMPLETE is a status in a system. It isn't a fact about a customer's life until they say so.

How we decide

The Decision Filter

Five questions, in order — the one test any decision at Qlocar is checked against. It is CARE, made operational.

If the answer to any of these is no — don't do it. Escalate, rethink, or find the path that clears all five.

  1. 1Does it help the customer?
  2. 2Does it build trust?
  3. 3Does it simplify ownership?
  4. 4Does it scale?
  5. 5Does it respect CARE?
Where you fit

One customer. One long journey. Qlocar is there for all of it.

Every behaviour above lives somewhere on this line — whichever team you join.
